Effective and Inconspicuous
I got these to immobilize my Thumb when I had Trigger Thumb. It did the trick and was much less noticeable than using a hand brace. I had been using a brace - which was ugly, made hand washing a pain, and the velcro constantly got caught on my knit clothes. I do recommend getting a few splints as they are small and not easily spotted if they end up in a pile of clothes. I measured as directed and they fit perfectly. Fortunately, acupuncture cleared up the problem, but I will keep them in case I need them again. I had read about these but could not find them at Walgreen's or CVS. Glad to find them on Amazon.

Really good inexpensive ring splint option, but get a ring sizer
Even though it says in the size guide to use a soft tape measure, I found that not to be accurate. I measured and ordered the right size according to the chart and it was a size too small. It is a very small difference between sizes so I recommend a ring sizer if possible. I have used these in other sizes though and if you get the right size, they work really well. I have issues with my fingers bending backwards when playing chords on my guitar and these make playing possible for me. Otherwise I would just repeatedly injure my fingers and either have to stop playing or I would develop arthritis.

Effective and you can use your hands easily.
I wear these for trigger finger. I like them because I can use my hands without lot of material getting in the way unlike some other splints. They are easy to clean and the quality is good, but you have to be careful if your hands get wet or you use lotion because they can slip off. Also, if you have a condition where your fingers swell or get smaller you can lose them that way , too.FYI,if you need splints for more than one finger, EZ splint sells a very similar product on Amazon in graduated sets of three. For example, I get the set of sizes 8, 9, and 10. They are a little less expensive than buying several sets in different sizes. But in my experiece, Oval 8 is the gold standard. These are expensive devices, so I wrap them with a little paper first aid tape, like Micropore, to make sure I don't lose them.To my knowledge, they only come in whole sizes.

Minor "miracle" for arthritic finger
"Crooked little mouse" finger. Analyst, mousing since the '70s left index finger painfully arthritic and slightly deformed. These little "miracles" straighten finger and ease pain, without being obnoxiously obvious. Love them!

Works like a charm
I recently became afflicted with a trigger finger. The pain would keep me up nights and was quite uncomfortable. My physical therapist mentioned Oval 8 and I tried the three size package. It has worked beautifully in keeping my finger from bending and causing pain. It’s not that noticeable when wearing it while I am out. I recommend them heartily.

Work great for trigger thumb
Though expensive for what they are, these things work great. Had a trigger thumb that really hurt and popped a lot during the day, but wearing one of these guys on it at night has totally alleviated the problem. The only down side is the price and the fact that they're easily lost because they are small and lightweight and I keep having to buy more. Definitely work though!

Best for daytime activities, but easy to misplace if removed.
I have trigger finger and have tried different splits and such, which many help during night, but this splint is best for during day time activities. Easy to wear, since it does prevent you from bending finger, it is somewhat difficult to do activities, so takes some getting used to. I can just flip it around, and my finger can bend. The hardest thing at first was finding the correct size, I have tiny hands and wear size 4 wedding ring, so I assumed small I guess, I tried measuring but I still had to return and try another size. The splint does come with two sizes built into it, as one side is wider and so this helps with fit through day if you have little puffing or swelling, but it’s only about a 1/2 size difference. Yet it helps in comfort. The splint is small and beige and is hard to locate if you take it off, so have a safe placenta put it so you don’t lose it, it’s too much expensive to lose, and I think for it’s mayeri and all, it’s overpriced. It’s good product, I just know the price could be lowered for what you get, but they know it’s beificial and helps and there’s not anything the cumbersomeness of other choices. The price and how easy they are to misplace keeps me from giving it a 5 star overall.

Overall: A wonderful help when finger joint issues flair up
TLDR: Highly recommend for trigger finger or any finger splinting!Pros: This product is amazing. I have tried many finger splints and most of the work alright but are clunky. These work extremely well and are super discrete! Most people can't even tell I am wearing them.Cons: Given that these work super well for their intended purpose there aren't many cons. I do lose them a lot since they are small and discrete as intended. A carrying case wouldn't hurt. Also, there are different sizes depending on your finger size. For me, a multi pack with different sizes worked well because I needed to splint multiple fingers but I also bought a pack of all the same size since I keep losing them.Overall: I highly recommend these for finger splinting. They look like the product photo.
