These are wonderful for maintaining fuel during physical or mental endurance events​Effectiveness:I use these to study or or endurance exercises by placing them in the side of my cheek and letting them slowly dissolve. They have been great for my stamina.Taste:All of the flavors are good surpisingly! If i had to pick from most to least favorite, I would say strawberry> orange> margarita > salted watermelon > black cherry> mountain berry

The best realistic flavors

As a mountain bike racer, these are great for training rides. I love the various flavors so I never get bored and also love the texture. The price is very reasonable compared to many other nutrition on the market.

I love these on my runs. They are easy to carry. They are a good gentle boost of energy. No sharp uptakes.

Missing one pack. Not a big deal if honest mistake, but could be a pattern given other reviews. Now I have to decide if I want to go through the hassle of returning in order to get the quantity advertised and paid for.
