There is no ice gel pack on the back of the cap It's a complete fraud product. Not capable of relieving any kind of pain.

Migraine cap
I originally got a pink one for myself and my husband ended up liking it so much, I had to get one for him also ! We love this product and it stays cold for the perfect amount of time. So far this product has helped me with many migraines. And my husband likes his so much he puts it on just to cool his head. The quality is very good. it’s soft and comfortable to wear and not too heavy on your head.

If you deal with migraines, tension headaches, or even sinus pressure, this thing is super helpful. What I like most is that it gives full 360° coverage around your head, including your temples, forehead, and even over your eyes if you want total darkness. The compression feels snug but not too tight, which actually helps calm the headache instead of making it worse. The cold therapy is amazing—I keep mine in the freezer and it gets nice and cold without turning rock solid, so it’s still flexible and comfortable to wear. You can also heat it up, which is nice depending on what kind of headache you have. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this migraine cap.

Icey migrane relief
Works almost too well. Like it gets so cold it hurts my face a tad. Pull it out for like 5 mins before actually putting it on. I ordered it at 9 pm last night and it was at my door by 2:30 pm. Great product

Exceptional headache relief
Absolutely recommend this product for headache relief!! I get headaches quite often after being in a severe car accident and this cap has worked miracles at relieving my pain. I'm actually considering purchasing a second cap and have recommended it to a friend that also gets migraines. Soft, lightweight gel like material that stays cold for awhile. Just pop it back in freezer when you're done, so it will be ready for your next headache.
