Rum and lime works, no need to question it.
The perfect foil to any rum drink if you're finding it too sweet. Neat or mixed, a drop or a dash will make for a whole different take. I haven't tried other brands of lime bitters so can't compare but I've no complaints so far. No idea why rum and lime pair so well but they've been partners for centuries for good reason. I was a little worried that using lime bitters, instead of just expressing a bit of lime zest/oils, would taste a bit artificial but used in moderation you get the lime zest taste and a balancing bit of bitterness to harmonise things too. It's win win.

Taste minty not limey
I got a bottle - and after applying 4 dashes as per cocktail specs (Pandan Old Fashioned) discovered that there was an odd Fernet mint flavour to the drink. Testing the bitters on their own I discover these are not lime flavoured, but mint like a fernet! I'm not sure whether there was a bottling error, or these Lime Bitters just have a mint flavour profile (seems very disappointing). They had been open for about 6 weeks - I don't think that should change the taste of bitters so dramatically.

Best brand for sparkling water
This one is our favorite for sparkling water. Not bitter like the others!
