This product is amazing!! Im down 81lbs! My inflammation and joint pain is almost completely gone as well since taking it a year ago.

I have been taking this product on and off for a year or so. I have found that when I take it I have less sugar cravings and more energy. I typically only take 1 pill, which is half the dose, but I am a smaller person. I noticed that 2 pills made my heart flutter, since I am very sensitive to some of the ingredients. Taking this seems to help with my digestion too which is nice. 5 stars for sure.

They have no taste, and smell like cinnamon. I feel much better since I started taking them. Only negative is that I can't take them without eating something right afterwards. If I don't eat something within half an hour of taking them, they will make me sick to my stomach and will make me puke. After that I'm fine. They did change my lack of energy. Taking them is very easy, the capsules are easy to swallow. I haven't had any other negative side effects. Just have to eat something so the capsules do not release thier ingredients into my stomach.

The product arrived very quickly. I have been taking them and find that they seem to be making a difference in my blood sugar so far.

I am 70 now and things just don't "operate" like they used to. Love this product. Take it each morning. I feel energized (not drug induced uppers) and my day is no longer fashioned around bodily functions. I just feel better!

I see there’s plenty of good reviews for this product but it’s not for me. Each time I’ve tried it, on day two I’ve ended up with serious vomiting and diarrhea at the same time. Not pleasant at all. UPDATE: The manufacturer reached out and offered a refund. You can’t get much better than that, a company that stands by their product.

Seems to help curb my appetite. My husband is a diabetic he takes them also.

Love this stuff! Been off and on this product since 2023. In 2023 out of the blue my a1c jumped through the roof. It was 8.9. I can’t tolerate metformin I live on the toilet with it lol. I researched a lot of different things and came upon this product. I was like it can’t hurt. So I watched my sugar intake but I wasn’t completely low carb and started this supplement. I did one in the morning and one in the evening. It took about a week to really tell that it was helping. My joints felt better and slowly my morning blood sugar started coming down. At 2.5 months later rechecked my a1c and it was down to 6. Then a month after that I got pregnant with my daughter. It regulated my period to a 28 day cycle as well lmao. Well I had to stop taking it due to the berberine and not sure if it was safe for pregnancy. After I had her I started it again and it truly helps lower a1c. Now you can’t eat your way in sugar you have to make an effort too but it will help you a ton! It also dropped my husbands a1c by 2 points in 3 months as well.
