REN Clean Skincare - Atlantic Kelp and Microalgae Anti-Fatigue Body Oil 100 ml Black

I wasn't sure what to expect from this as I've never used this brand, but I'm really impressed with it. It soaks in quickly and never leaves my skin feeling greasy for long. The smell is a bit strong and a bit medicinal, but I actually really enjoy the smell and while I am sensitive to scents, it doesn't overwhelm my senses or cause any irritation. I use this switching off with another body oil that I do like a bit more than this, but this also costs less than the other and comes with more so I do intend to keep switching off between the two. Using it every other day has definitely made a difference and I'd recommend, especially based on the clean ingredients.

Overall a nice toning oil from REN. I use after the shower to help lock in the moisture. Nice light oil formula and is not thick or overly greasy feeling. It does have more of a clean aromatherapy type smell which is a little strong at first but does fade and blends nicely with my other products. Absorbs very well into my skin and does help lock a lasting layer of moisture in that lasts all day

The oil feels nice in the skin, spreads easily and absorbed well. I can’t say I love the smell. It’s a citrusy smell combined with medicine. I use it at night to go to sleep and can say that it does help me relax, but will not be wearing outdoors. Also, not sure if this has happened to anyone else but any product with grapeseed oil stains my clothes with a rancid oil smell that no amount of washing can get rid of.

The bottle is all glass and has a dispenser top that can dispense one drop of a time. I like the bottle because then I don't waste oil and I feel that there is less contamination with such a small opening. The oil has nice ingredients in it. It feels good on my skin. The smell is different from other oils I have, but I don't mind. It is moisturizing on my skin that is normal in nature. However, it is not moisturizing enough on the areas of eczema that I have alone. About 5-10 min after applying after my shower, I decided I needed to put my usual pure shea butter on over the oil on my dry eczema areas. Overall, great oil with nice ingredients for normal skin, but not enough alone for extra dry skin.
