Foot acupressure mat
If you are on your feet yes for the first time it hurts but the more you use it the less it hurts. It actually works really good I use it and woke up feeling great. My feet was sore but it helped relieve the pain. I am satisfied with my purchase

Wow. If you like pain relief, this is it. It’s painful when you use it, but I like pain. So it’s up to you, if you’re a masochist and like pain, this is for you. Because clouds await after the pain of of use. What do you expect? You’re on your feet all day, it will take a lot to massage all that tension out. This works. No socks, stand on it for 5 min and accept the pain, and know that the pain is because of tight muscles. Let it go. Pain for pain relief, 5/5 I love this product. $9.99 cmon.

Empezamos mal desde que vino dañado. Y es de fabrica xq vino bien empacado. Lo acabo de usar sentado en un silla y si se sintió mejoría en los pies.

Feels great, but falls apart.
I love the pad, it’s a great idea. The plastic knobs fall off constantly.

Good size to be left out on the floor.
It can be left out like any little floor mat. No need to waste time rolling and unrolling it. Also leaving it out makes it easy to use on the spur of the moment. Have something nearby to hang onto to reduce your weight on it at first and ensure stability. Foot prints should fit about size 7-8.5 men, size 8-9.5 women perfectly. It comes with 3 extra stones and posts in case you lose some but if it's just lying on the floor that's unlikely to happen. I'd place it on something soft like a rug, carpet or a yoga mat so it'll give a little under your feet. If you did want to travel around with it, it's very light weight and compact when rolled up.
