I'm liking the phone so far the flashlight is extremely bright it is on the heavy side but I knew I was getting a rugged phone with a 15,000mah battery it's not meant to be light as a feather set up took less than 15 minutes and lots of customizable options fingerprint ID works extremely fast even with dirty hands buttons clean off easily and feel like some sort of metal assuming aluminum the dual speakers are very loud you will not need a Bluetooth speaker with this phone you can clearly hear it 40+ feet away I've tested it out for the last 8 hours using all the functions and the battery percentage has dropped 10%

Lights up a -BIG AREA OUTSIDE even! *Heavy Duty!🏋‍♀️💪🏼- pretty much -unbreakable *Scratch resistant screen! (comes -with plastic Screensaver, which -fell off after awhile, but screen is -very tough on its own (I do need -to get another Screensaver tho) * Nice BIG screen! 🖥 * BIG PHONE! 🔠 *Free REALLY GOOD headphones! -🎧 *Great connection! 📶 Rarely loses -signal, even when Im in the -stix...my wife and I both have -Boost, and this phone will have -signal even when her Samsung -doesn't (we are in the booonies -often, lol) *AGAIN- Its not gonna break if I -drop it- that's FOR SURE! (prob -not even if I even leave it on the -roof of the car, and it falls off on a -dirt road at 40 mph, but to be - clear: I have NOT tested this) *Back Pocket SAFE/Sitting on it -SAFE! 👖🪑 *Waterproof?💦 I DON'T know, but -I dropped this one in a puddle for -prob 3 seconds, and it was NOT - affected in any way. Dried it off -and it was fine. *NO CASE IS NEEDED.📲 The -phone IS its own case- thick and -indestructable 👎🏼THE (possible) CONS: * Speed-🏃‍♂️💨 a bit slow but not -too bad, (really my ONLY - complaint, which is why I didn't -give it 5 stars) but mine is only -4G (which I wanted and prefer, for - health reasons) *Camera-📸 my S21 Ultra was a bit - better, but this one is pretty -good- plenty of filters to -customize, I really cant complain *Weight-🏋‍♀️ it IS HEAVY DUTY, so it - is HEAVY. Im a big guy, I do -construction, so I personally don't -mind the weight- but if ever -someone picks up my phone, they -ALWAYS exclaim DANG THAT'S A -HEAVY PHONE! (Makes me look -TUFF💪🏼, builds muscle, 🤣) ***Phone arrived in a week and the free headphones came a few days later. I thought they forgot to send them, so my wife (who IS actually typing this for me) alerted Amazon right away, and BOTH sets of headphones came 2 days later, in separate packges. I (my wife) alerted Amazon, (she) apologized for jumping the gun, asked how to send the extra pair of headphones back, and she was told "its ok, you can keep them", in fact, they insisted. 😊 Very kind of them. (Amazon, or the Blackview company- not sure...?) ***I would Definitely reccomend getting this phone if you want a durable heavy duty phone and your tired of broken/breaking screens on delicate slim phones. I am VERY hard on my phones, (they always break- cracked screens/dropped/slid off car/dropped in liquids- (oh the many way I've killed my phones!) but THIS PHONE is built to last! NOTE: I only use my phone for streaming YT (all day long- I listen while I work), live stream camera phone calls, regular phone calls, and texting, and taking lots of pics and videos, and sharing those with family... for that, it's PLENTY FAST. If you want to run a biz with this phone, I cant vouch for the speed, but I can vouch this phone will not break on you. It lives up to its claims! I'm very satisfied with this phone, and would highly reccomend.

Everything has pros and cons. Battery life is outstanding. The light is extremely bright. It's set with enhancement setting you control. It's heavy, but, it's because it's all battery. It's worth the price, and over a short period, I've become used to the weight. I left the phone on top off my car. Realized what I did, I turned around after driving a couple miles, to find it had been ran over at least twice. Only the screen protector shattered and some tiny scratches were left on the side frame. I wiped the tire marks off the back and everything still works like it did right out of the box.

It was supposed to have android 13 but the software so bad it had to upgrade to android 14 putting more of the parasite of gemini on the phone. Doke hasn't done jack didly about their crappy product but they can make sure to abuse Push notifications you can't turn off not for anything vital about the phone but to market world cup that I don't need or want. Really? I got it for a somewhat good deal but your phone isn't really worth it and stop sending me marketing push notofications about stupid events I don't care about. Save your money and get an actual quality product. I need a contractor phone but for all their crappy execution and Google's meddling I'll go back to a contractor flip phone and save the grief. Your product sucks from the start and didn't get any better. Really thought this would be like Kyocera but you guys suck

It is nice to have a phone that never dies, I've used this as an all day gps without plugging in when driving a truck 13 hours a day, but DANG does blackview absolutely ABUSE system privileges with frivolous notifications that cannot be disabled. It used to be just a "live wallpaper", but after the recent AI themed update, one year in, now it is beaming live news updates into the system notification that cannot be disabled. Did I get another message or is my phone informing me of a news event I have no interest in again? Oh also your brower homepage will be reset to the blackview website, no matter how many times you try to change it to something else Why can't apple or samsung make a rugged phone with a gigantic battery? Having used blackview phones for 2 years now, this proves a big thick phone is totally usable, thin and light is overrated. Other issues are the camera app sometimes forgets a picture it just took, like the pic I just took will appear in google photos and then vanish, but this is solved by downloading a 3rd party camera app. The fingerprint sensor is also unreliable. But the main thing is bloatware!

Had a problem with charging port while under warranty. Contacted manufacturer and explained issue. Alina from Blackview promptly responded and when we explained that we performed troubleshooting steps with no change, she immediately let us know that Blackview would send out a new phone as soon as we returned our phone. We returned same and Alina confirmed that a new phone was on its way to us. With the exception of this issue, the 7300 model is a great phone. Add in exceptional customer service and purchasing this phone is a no brainer.

I bought this phone back in July, worked great till the point of not wanting to charge. The durability is awesome, after dropping it a few times (butter fingers), all the damage done was purely cosmetic. The screen size and audio quality were great too. Customer Support people are very friendly as well. Will continue to, and have been recommending the phone to various people. Best part, IMO, was the "Toolbag" App. Has almost everything one would need for almost anything (ruler, compass, and a few other things I can't recall).
