Fabulous clock, i wasnt expecting good quality as its notmade of wood, excellent time keeping.

I was looking for a clock for a while and came across this clock . I have a vintage style livingroom and it absolutely goes with what I've got. Really easy instructions and it just makes me laugh when the bird does the cuckoo 😁

Very nice item. It looks elegant. Unfortunately didn't come with manual so no easy for me to set up. The cuckoo sings lovely but as I said struggle to set on my desire time.

The clock is a traditional design and has a lovely burnished appearance. The cuckoo pops out on the hour through two cute little doors. It automatically does not cuckoo at 10pm till 6am and starts again at 7 am till 9 pm. The volume can be adjusted. Very authentic looking weights but is a battery operated clock. The chunky pendulum also looks nice. One other thing I appreciate is that there is no loud irritating ticking noise. All in all excellent value for money, good reliable quality and a very attractive feature in my hall.

It is very small. A lot smaller than I thought, but it goes very well with my pastel house and looks adorable up on the wall. The cuckoo can be turned up and down and turns off at night so no loud nosies through the night. It is to the cheaper looking side and in the wrong environment could look bad. (Like an old styled home) I have a very open, bright, pastel, to the shabby chic side of life flat and it fits in perfectly. My 2 year old is using it to learn to count as the cuckoo calls. Ive only replaced the batteries once since I bought it and thats been a fair few months. Really is a sweet wee thing.

Worked for one day. Then literally had a life of its own. Would even not cuckoo. And then the next hour. Would go over rhe top. Too many usually, or just one. It was my wedding anniversary present from my husband so very upset. We reset it five times, via instructions, still no good. On top of that, we spent nearly a tenner on batteries. And nothing else in our house takes C size batteries. Total waste of money

Beautiful packaging but not much information on which batteries to get! Luckily someone had put this information into the q&a section of the product listing. Takes 3 x C batteries or just 2 if you don't want the bird to cuckoo. Clock is not silent as described, it does have a quiet tic. It's easy to set up if you follow the instructions cuckoo chimes on the hour from 7am to 9pm and cannot be changed (unless you only put in the two batteries and in that case it won't chime at all). The clock is light as it is made of plastic and I do think it is over priced BUT I absolutely love it. It's so cute and silly. The volume of the cuckoo can be higher or lower with a dial at the back. I'm really happy with it.
