Bought to strengthen my fingers and wrists as I work long hours doing admin work. I bought this item based on the reviews and I'm glad I did. They're not too squishy or too firm, I find the finger stretchers difficult but the circles and eggs are great and have been really effective. I just need more practice with the finger ones.My auntie has arthritis and she also bought them and likes them.Excellent quality, they don't smell of anything and they are lovely and coloured so easy to find if my little one decides to try and use them!

The rings and eggs work well but the finger stretchers are fiddly. May just need practice!

Useful for finger exercises

I bought these as physio for thumb injury but it’s too hard. Will be going back to elastic band. No advantage of egg shape to ball and they and the rings hurt my hand. Please note I am actually pretty fit and strong for late 60s (just been for a bike ride and gardening and operating cordless chain saw) so…

great strong easy fit for the hands

Can only use a third of this product, the others are just too tough. The ones we’ve use are very good. Would recommend.

Getting easier to use, the eggs phase malls are firm but good same for the donut shaped one the finger stretcher is too much for myself just now but getting better
