This gun is... OK. It doesn't put out the most intense flame, but it definitely serves its purpose for lighting a fire pit. I think there are better products out there, but I can't complain because this is one of the better priced options. Even though I am not giving it 5 stars, I still recommend it for starting fire pits and wood fire places.

This is it, gents. The fire gun you've been looking for at a price you can almost justify. You'll tell people it's for starting the grill - and it does that. You'll claim that it makes it easier to start a campfire. It does. I don't disagree. But the real reason you want this? It's freaking awesome. A gun that shoots a foot long flame out of the end doesn't need a reason for existing. The flame is the reason! This thing is so cool, you'll be trying to find things to use it on. "Honey, there's a wasp nest by the front door." "I got it, baby. Ha ha.... ha ha ha!" "You're not using the fire gun are you? Just get wasp spray." "We're out of wasp spray, but I have a solution. A HOT solution!" "Yeah, just don't set the house on fire" This product is well made, compatible with Coleman camping fuel I already had at home, easy to operate, safe (if used carefully), and an absolute blast. Highly recommend!

This makes lighting our fire pit so much easier. This is easy to light and makes outdoor fire pit easy to enjoy. It is light weight and lights quickly. We have also gifted these to our sons in law.

Don’t buy. Worked twice. Both times the propane canister emptied after a single use. I didn’t keep it lit long when starting my coals with it. It just leaked. I tried tightening it better after the second time it happened, thinking I had a bad seal and the damned handle split in half. Now it won’t work. Crap quality.

Works great to start my big green egg. If I’m in a hurry and I don’t want to use the charcoal chimney I use the adapter line to go to the propane bottle she provide a better angles so I can put the torch over the lump charcoal in the middle of the big green egg and get it started in a jiffy.

So far, this torch is crazy powerful like the name suggests. It is very good quality and the packaging is what you would expect from a more expensive product. It has exceeded my expectations, highly recommended hands down.

The Torch is powerful, but the ignition stops working after a few uses. You can still light it up with a lighter, but it is NOT recommended, as you can get burned easily. Conclusion, ignition mechanism very poorly designed.
