I’ve been using this product for a while now and hope it’s helping with my memory issues. The gel is large, so if you have trouble swallowing, I’d recommend getting the 100mg and taking 2.

Great product but each softgel was stuck together in the bottle because Amazon delivered the package on the porch in the sun. Took substantial time to get each softgel out.

Not sure of it's efficacy, but does anyone else think itsmells like perfume? Is that normal?
