Maine Midea 20L Solo Microwave Oven purchase kiya aur ab tak ka experience kaafi satisfying raha. Yeh solo microwave basic use ke liye perfect hai, jaise reheating, defrosting aur simple cooking tasks. Sabse achhi baat iska simple interface hai — use karna bahut easy hai, even beginners ke liye bhi. 5 power levels milte hain jo different types ke food ke liye useful hain. Heating evenly hoti hai aur food jalta nahi hai agar sahi setting use karo. Build quality bhi solid lagti hai aur design compact hai, jo chhoti kitchen ke liye ideal hai. Defrost function bhi achha kaam karta hai aur frozen items ko quickly ready kar deta hai. 20L capacity small to medium family ke liye sufficient hai. Is price range mein yeh ek reliable aur value-for-money product hai, especially agar aapko heavy cooking nahi balki daily basic use ke liye microwave chahiye.

Serious manufacturing defect
Do not buy! The quality is so bad that the dial broke in just a couple weeks. Fought for replacement but the new unit got delivered with the broken dial. Again. Now fighting for a refund for the past 6 months with no sign of resolving. Save your money and go for branded ones.

Good product bad knob design.
Overall the product is very good, just the design of the knob specially the one through which you set the timer is not good. It has a smooth surface, which makes it very difficult to turn, specially if you have oil or water on your hand. For the price it's an excellent product.

Microwavw caught fire
I bought oven a year back just few weeks back the right hand side inside microwave the round cardboard like thing caught fire, I had switch off the mains. The side is burnt now, there are no details as to how to approach the company for repair as it's on warranty and thank God I was looking at it else I would bewn entering a burnt home.
