Very poor packaging — disappointing experience
I recently purchased this toothpaste, and within just 2–3 weeks of use, the packaging has already started falling apart. It’s almost impossible to squeeze the paste out — you need to put in a lot of effort, which is the last thing you want to do early in the morning. The overall usage experience is extremely frustrating. I even contacted customer care, and while they offered to send a replacement, I honestly wouldn’t want to use it again — not even if it was free. Definitely not worth the hassle.

Packaging is very bad. Good product, but very Difficult to get the toothpaste out!
Tried Salt after seeing many ads. On taste and freshness the product is quite good and something unique. But what’s the point of having good ingredients when the packaging just doesn’t work!!! So would not recommend buying this product till they don’t fix their packaging! And then you need to buy another product from them which is a toothpaste taking out tool!!! Which i had to buy because I bought Salt on a friend’s recommendation and decided to buy 3-4 of them.

Burning salt sold as toothpaste
Very poor product. Burn the gums and mouth. You have to be a powerful armed person to squeeze out the crap of the tube. Never buy this.

Overpriced, subpar packaging + flavor not the most pleasant
Completely overpriced for the exact same toothpaste that costs literally 15x less in India. Packaging broke at the back with little/no force (the glue keeping it together had opened). Flavor was quite unpleasant (says a lot coming from someone who loves matcha). It feels like they just threw in the word matcha here for the buzz but the flavor is far from that + even as someone who loves matcha not sure if I'd want to be tasting this flavor first and last thing everyday.
