Excellent customer service, frother more powerful than expected.
Powerful little device, more than I expected - whatever you are mixing, don't start on high! First one died after a couple months, reached out to FoodVille customer service and they sent me a new one with no hassle. Replacement has USB-C charging which is definitely an improvement. I use a milk frother multiple times daily (cafe zabaglione for breakfast and to mix a protein shake or 2), and purchased a different brand to hold me over while waiting for the replacement to arrive - the FoodVille unit is much more powerful than the one I purchased, and $5 cheaper at that. Reliability to be determined, but 5 stars for top-notch customer service. FoodVille customer service did not require returning the defective unit so I dissected it, 1800 mAh battery as advertised and small PM motor (no branding/nomenclature to determine specs), has impressive torque for its size.

2nd times a charm? Great customer service
Great product, I use it almost daily for my espresso drinks, my cold brew and mixing up my ninja creami recipes.Unfortunately, it didn't last too long, bought it not even a year ago and it slowly stopped working, first/slowest setting would stop shortly after turning on then all of a sudden the entire thing refused to work.Now I know that sounds like I should rate it lower but the product support team is incredible. Within 24 hours of contacting them, explaining my issue they sent out the newer model at no expense to myself. I am super excited to try it out and honestly couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.Nowadays it's hard to find quality equipment that lasts, so when a product does eventually fail, having amazing customer support is worthy of 5 stars easily IMO.Would recommend to anyone looking for a powerful frother for any uses they decide use.

Works good
Item works very well. I'd had it for a few months and a piece had broken on it. I contacted customer service and they were quick to send me a replacement part.
