Would definitely recommend
I've been using the 365 Whole Foods Market Castor Oil for a few weeks now, and I'm thoroughly impressed with its quality and effectiveness. The oil is rich and luxurious, absorbing quickly into my skin and hair without leaving any greasy residue. I've been using it as a hair treatment, and it's left my locks feeling soft, silky, and deeply nourished. I've also noticed a significant reduction in inflammation and irritation on my skin. Nice, thick, scentless oil
This makes an excellent coating for my wooden cooking tools. I have also tried it on some areas of my skin that are prone to dryness, too. It is a thick oil that absorbs quickly and leaves no scent. It is probably more than I will use in a few years, but after a friend told me to stop using olive oil to keep my nonstick stuff clean, I followed his advice and switched to this oil as he claims it is far less susceptible to mold. So, maybe I will use it up.

For soft skin and hair you really can't beat this castor oil! I've only been using it a short time and can already feel a major difference in the texture of my skin and the softness of my hair. I wish I'd known about the benefits of castor oil years ago as it's a very good value, compared to other less effective and more expensive boutique skin treatments. (It's an especially good value in the 16 ounce size.) I found if you rub it in after a warm shower or bath it won't be as sticky and absorbs into the skin more quickly. I've also read you can add a little jojoba oil to make it easier to apply smoothly. I don't really mind the stickiness, though. Love it!

Sticky and Hard to Wash Out
This oil leaves a heavy, sticky residue on hair and skin that is very difficult to remove.
