10/10 worth it 🥇
These are top notch!!! I debated so so long what to buy for discus and so glad I found these. So relieved I chose these over Nike. My throwing buddy got Nikes about the same time and they fell apart 1st comp in Australia and they wouldn't accept return after 3 weeks. I feel like these Stones will outlive me 10/10 For info as a UK size 7 I sized up half a size as my size fell in-between their sizings. They fit perfectly.

Bad luck or bad design?
Shoes started well, bought in feb for start of season were used 3/4 times a week for about 1.30 hour each time for training ,had around 4 competitions went to put on for county champs and the ring for the strap broke!!!! Luckily live close by this track so able to go home and get old PUMA shoes (which i would def buy again if could find in my size love the puma throw shoes)Reached out to Velaasa not interested as bought from Amazon, lots of back an forth as bought from Amazon US and not amazon UK (not sure why that matters as amazon is amazon surely but no it apparantly makes a difference ) still waiting for return lable so can have a refundMight have been bad luck/ a one off flaw but not sure will try them again .Back to the internet to get some new shoes

Functional, reactive, durable.
I've used both the Stones and the Revolutions as a Discus Thrower and it's refreshing to find a series of shoes that tick so many boxes simultaneously. The Stones in particular have a weight that lets you feel the shoe, while light enough to be springy and reactive. The sole is grippy fast which is a great confidence boost. Velassa are doing some great work, glad I finally ventured to find out!Great design, a well put together shoe.

Fit my son really good. Im surprised he didn't have a complaint at all.

Small fit 1 size bigger
They fit small so get 1 size bigger, but fit well on the foot. And be warned they are slow good grip but expect glider, i love them because they are slow but on slow circles are a bit of a pain.

Guter Schuh fürs Kugelstoßen
Ich war lange skeptisch, ob es einen Schuh fürs Kugelstoßen oder Diskuswerfen bei mir als Amateur wirklich braucht. Aber der Schuh sitzt gut und man kann wunderbar die Kraft vom Boden auf die Kugel übertragen. Preis-/Leistung ist auch OK, da ich mit Schuhgröße 48.5-49.3 nicht wirklich nach Schnäppchen Ausschau halten kann.

What a difference it is to throw in throwing shoes vs cross trainers. I do t know how i threw as well as i did without these in highschoolThey fit as expected. i opened the box and said - no way those are fitting!! They are engineered amazing and fit very snug but perfect. I’m a size 11 and 240 lb big lad and I fit into an 11 in these. It’s very fun to throw again!
