If I could give this a million stars, I 100% would! I've wanted these for years but never tried them until a couple months ago. Let me tell you...! I have pcos and these little supplements have changed my life. The first day on them, I could tell my hormones were being balanced. I was less angry or irritable. More happy. I also noticed much less hunger. Normally I'd wake up starving but on them, I can go the whole day with 1 meal if I wanted. I know my stomach is shrinking because of them. I've lost 20lbs in 1.5 months. Also, it started my period on the 1st week! (I have horribly irregular periods!) This is my 2nd month on them and my period is due in 4 days, im already feeling symptoms of it coming! We actually got these in an effort to ttc and help me ovulate! They are decent size pills but I can get them down fairly easy. There is no taste or smell to them which makes it easier! Whoever made these, I hope both sides of your pillow is always cold 🙏🏼

Real review no paid advertising!!!!! So I wanted to wait to post a review to see how I felt. I had a lot of inflammation in my body and felt sore 24/7. After a week of taking these I literally felt the inflammation leave my body! I also noticed my dark circles under my eyes have significantly decreased! My mood is better sugar cravings are down as well as late night snacking! The main thing I’m really happy about is the feeling of being sore is down. My bloating has also went down The pills are easy to swallow and I have taken them with food and without food and didn’t have any adverse reaction to taking them with no food. absolutely incredible. i just mix it with juice in the morning and it doesn’t change the taste. it’s recommended to take one scoop a day, but for pcos it’s recommended to take 2-4 grams a day. after doing a scoop and a half for a weeks my first cycle came after almost 2 years of nothing! will absolutely buy again

I’ve been on this for about 3 months and I do see results. I started Glp 1 patches a month before I started these weighing 317lbs. I have lost 21 lbs, feeling more energetic less bloating in my upper stomach and started seeing a more regulated period. I have never been someone to use supplements but this was brought up to me from my sister. I did consult my pcp and was told I should be fine. Which I’m still doing great and not really experiencing side effects like I was in the beginning (diarrhea occasional nausea etc)

If you want to get pregnant this is the product for you. I've been hearing some good things about this but I was skeptical. I started using it on November and now I have 5 weeks pregnant. Highly recommended. Good quality. Easy to swallow. Very effective and worth every dollar.

This is my first cycle after being on these pills for about 3 weeks & this cycle definitely showed up differently. This month it is lighter and not only that but my cramps were not as bad. I’m usually bald up tears in my eyes from the pain of the cramps, but I’ve been able to function throughout the day as normal. I don’t know it could all be in my head, but I honestly been battling this for years now before starting these pills.

I have been taking it for over 6 months for PCOS but honestly haven’t noticed a difference. It doesn’t seem to be doing much for me. The upside is I don’t have side effects or symptoms from taking them. I am taking the recon dosage 4 pills a day. Overall I’m not too sure if it works but it’s been recommended by my OBGYN so I will continue to take it.
