Calcium quantity is not sufficient, although the taste is great.
This is good option if you want to enjoy it as gummy. This has less sugar but it doesn't provide sufficient calcium. The calcium quantity is very very less. 2 gummies provide even lesser calcium than one small cup of yoghurt.
