Very good results immediately for increasing milk supply
I had been using galact for several months at doctors advice. But decided to try something else as my baby had reached six months. The next morning after taking half teaspoon of powder my milk dramatically increased. Wish I had tried this sooner!! It has continued to work over next several days too. Highly recommend trying it for increasing milk supply. Maybe not everyone gets same results like this, but it might work for you too.
