Only thing that worked! So thankful!
I can’t believe I’m going to do this, but I’m writing a review and a long one at that! My baby began having skin issues around 5weeks old. Which I believe was from washing her with Honest baby soap(but I believe any soap would have been a problem)- up until then I had only used a wash cloth and water. But that week I washed her twice with the soap and that weekend my son had back to back soccer games it was 90degeee weather and my baby got sweaty. Then after that her skin just seemed to have problem after problem! I didn’t know if it was heat rash, eczema, or baby acne or combination? So no more soap and returned to water and started putting breastmilk and tallow on her which really helped with the redness. but her skin still felt like sand paper and would easily get inflamed if warm or sweaty. Around 8weeks of age she started getting cradle cap behind and on her ears and her eyebrows, then mildly on her head ugh. And she was VERY itchy and would be itching her head all night. So I ordered MuStella shampoo and the Frida cradle cap scrubby and brush set. After 2-3 days my babies head had red bumps, very inflamed and still very itchy. It said to wash everyday and remove the scales but I just couldn’t keep doing that. I would slather tallow on my babies head after washing and I returned to just rinsing with water as that seemed to help. I would also gently use the comb because her hair would be crazy after applying cream to scalp. This also helped to further distribute the cream and clean out some dry flakes from scalp- no need to scrub with that scrubber. But she was still itchy. So that’s when I decided to add the colloidal oatmeal for the sleepless nights itching- which this has 1% as an active ingredient. The price was definitely not appealing but I got it. After 1 day of using this it was like my babies skin was completely transformed!!! Even her sandpaper feeling face got clear and smooth feeling again! All day I was just so thankful and happy to have my babies smooth skin back after weeks of battling skin problem after skin problem. I really think it had to do with the soap in the first place, maybe effected natural skin barrier. Which if you research skin ph and barrier a lot of things will do that. What really washes dirt away is rubbing and water. I could kick myself for even using the the soap on my babies precious skin. So what worked for us was not using soaps and just washing with water, slather on tallow WHILE SKIN IS STILL WET, this locks in the moister. Water is moisture and all lotion and creams do are lock in the moisture so you want your skin wet before applying creams. Creams help slow down transepidermal water loss. Which is another reason to protect your skin barrier as it has ability to retain moisture better. So we washed with water, applied whipped tallow while still wet and this colloidal oatmeal ointment on top of that. I can hardly believe the overnight difference! I almost never ever write a review but just really wanted to share our story if it may help others. I usually do not buy expensive products like this, but I’m glad I tried- it worked AMAZINGLY for my baby- she is so much more comfortable!!! I’m so thankful!

great for kids with dry skin!
This ointment has been a great find for sensitive baby skin. We started using it for dry patches and mild eczema, and it made a noticeable difference within a few days. The texture is rich and soothing without feeling overly greasy, and it absorbs well enough that it doesn’t leave everything sticky. I really appreciate that it’s fragrance-free and made without steroids—perfect for everyday use, especially on delicate skin. We’ve used it on everything from dry cheeks to minor irritation, and it’s been consistently gentle and effective. The 2-pack is a nice bonus since we keep one at home and one in the diaper bag. A little goes a long way, so the jars last longer than expected. The only downside is the price—it’s a bit more expensive than some alternatives—but for the quality and peace of mind, it feels worth it. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this for parents looking for a reliable, gentle solution for dry or sensitive skin.

Ultimate combo for sensitive eczema-prone skin!
My 5 month old has started struggling with eczema close to 4 months now and I found the ultimate combo that works wonderfully for his skin! The before and after photos are a little under a month apart! I have been using a mixture of Noodle & Boo Ointment with half of Tubby Todd’s All Over Ointment and my babe’s skin is healing nicely. Noodle & Boo’s ointment has a thicker texture (which I prefer) compared to Tubby Todd’s thinner consistency but they work amazingly together and the results in the photo definitely show it. Worth the money!

Made my baby eczema go away !
My 5 month old had eczema all over his body (head, cheeks, shoulders, stomach and thighs) it was red and bumpy and scaly. I tried switching his body wash from Aveeno lavender to regular oat meal. No change. Then I changed again and again. And even up to laundry detergent (tide clear &unsented) even washed my clothes and bed sheets with it. Tried all different eczema creams (eucerin, aveeno eczema cream, Cetaphil, and even A&D.) nothing worked and I didn’t want to give him anything prescribed until I tried everything! I didn’t want to get this Tubby Todd ointment because of the price .. but I was desperate so I gave in. After I gave my baby a bath I rubbed this ointment all over his body . I think I over did it because his skin was completely white! The consistency is thick so maybe use a little at a time ,, tbh I still use a lot of it and paint my baby with this ointment but that’s just me. The next morning I saw his scaly skin become less scaly .. so I used it again and I noticed his redness went away: only thing is it made his cheeks more red. So I avoided putting it on his cheeks and I put the Eucerin on his cheeks instead. After a week of using tubby Todd my son’s skin is buttery soft!! After a few days I put it on his cheeks again and it was fine no redness. The thing is .. It have to be used everyday because I noticed when my mom gave him a bath with the wrong baby wash and didn’t put this ointment on. His rash came right back. So I had to start over. I also combined this with other products as well which I believe helped him out. I use Dove baby sensitive skin to wash him, then tubby Todd and after coconut essentials: moisturizing baby coconut oil. (The bottle is super small but I wanted something natural and unscented, he needed some extra hydration because tubby Todd I feel didn’t hydrate his skin as much as I wanted it to) but with the combination of those 3 products help his skin sooo well. Every baby is different and you just have to find what works for yours. I was planning to buy tubby Todd’s body wash but I said let me see how the dove is on his skin and it works fine ! But hands down!! Tubby Todd all over ointment helped my baby’s skin turn smooth and soft! I will purchase it again! Hope this review helps!!

10/10 Works Wonders for Baby Acne/Eczema!
This product deserves every word of praise it has received. The AOO cleared my baby’s acne/eczema in three days. I was seriously shocked at the results. I used Mustela no rinse cleansing water and the AOO day and night for three days. Look at the difference! If your baby is struggling with dry skin or baby acne/eczema, just buy it! A little goes a long way and the relief you will feel is worth every penny.

Made with magic by a wizard! Mind blowing performance
My baby girl battled eczema since she was born and we tried everything we could from prescriptions from the doctor, moisturizer creams, over the counter hydrocortisone, even medical grade eczema honey. The eczema honey stopped it from getting worse but barely healed it. Then I saw this stuff on social media and even though it's expensive for a cream I said heck with it. I ordered some right away. This stuff not only stopped it from getting worse, after the first night we could see the difference. After the first week I couldn't believe how much it cleared it up. After 2-3 weeks of using it not only is the eczema almost gone, but now she has the smoothest and softest baby skin I have ever felt. To the point where I don't care if this stuff cost $500, I would still buy it and recommend it to anyone battling eczema with their baby. If you are being wishy washy because of the price then let me stop you right there, just buy it. Your little one deserves the type of relief my little one got and I just want everyone out there in our situation to be able to heal their little ones too.

Works wonders!
Go ahead and get it! My daughter seemed to have baby acne and also heat rash. I used it on her for about a week, 2-3 times a day, it improved her skin so much! First pic is before and the other two are 7 days after. I know it’s a little pricey but a little goes a long way. I’ve been using it for a month now here and there and after baths, container is still pretty full.

Good
Im not sure how I feel about this product. I tried it on myself before putting it on my baby. First of all the consistency is wonderful but not as absorbent as other ointments. It also leaves heavy feeling on skin and makes you feel hot somehow I believe because its thick and supposed to create some kind of a barrier. I have severe eczema on my hands and my baby has some mild baby eczema too. Did not work on me. I ve been using it on my babys legs as spot treatment but does not seem to moisturize him well but it did help with the redness and reduced inflammation. Hopefully it works well on him with time.

Allergic reaction
Unfortunately didn’t suit my baby’s skin and caused allergic reaction. Had to see a dermatologist.

Worth the buy
Not one to usually leave reviews but I feel compelled for all the FTMs struggling with baby acne. Definitely not a overnight fix took a week to see a huge difference but day by day I could see some improvement and now just use to spot treat any bumps. Tried every remedy - breast milk, mustela, baby aquaphor, leaving it alone. But this basically cured it in a week and my beautiful babies skin is normal. I use mustela to clean and applied the tubby Todd x2 a day when he had the acne. Now just once a day or every other day to keep it at bay

Overhyped?
This product is talked about a lot and recommended by many but I didn’t find it that amazing. I didn’t notice anything different in baby’s skin.
