I can't really tell you the benefits of this and what it does for me the product is good and you should take these mushrooms if you need help with your thoughts or other parts of your body it's good for your brain and really works on it lions mane it's incredible product I love it

Great to have a product that has all the key mushrooms I was looking for. I received the powder when I specifically wanted capsules, without notifying me. That said, it's the same blend I know, I'm just not so sure on dosage. Just a few days in taking it, so far so good.
