I have been using this whey protein for some time and I am really happy with the results. The quality is good, it mixes easily without lumps, and the taste is also nice and not too strong. I feel good energy during the day and it helps me recover faster after my workouts. The packaging is neat and the scoop is easy to use. Overall, it is a good product for anyone who wants to add protein to their diet in a simple and effective way.

Avoid this product. It will cause you to add weight due to a carb-heavy composition. This is not a protein supplement. It is a carb supplement. The high carbohydrate content (~50g/100g) is largely due to the presence of whey powder, a low-grade, high-lactose filler. It may also be that the blend is WPC-heavy, not isolate-based, contributing further carbs. You are ingesting milk powder at an expensive price - for 1/3rd the price, you can buy and have that. Look for a true protein powder with at least 70-80% protein and only 10% carbs. I couldn't read the ingredient list on the Amazon site so I took a photo of the one on the box. Total waste of money. Harmful to health. Misleading brand name and photos. The correct photo would be of fat not toned people.

Warning: if you are on a fat cut down or weight loss do not buy this so many people writing it taste good and all stuff that is true but they don’t know the real problem it give a big scoop contain 35g protein and 450calories it be 250-300 calories and it work like a mass gainer which is not good you have to cut down your calories from food because of it…if you still wanna buy it on behalf of non knowledgeable reviews you can go ahead..
