I really like this type of air freshener. I got this one for my son’s car, but I have one hanging above my cat litter box. This is a glass bottle with a wooden lid. You turn the bottle over for about 2 seconds and the lid is soaked, releasing the scent. It works really well, but you do have to turn it over every few days to soak the lid again. I like this because I can control when it is released and this prevents it from just dissipating in a hot car. I do wish they hadn’t sealed this inside a big, plastic blister display pack. I can easily recycle the glass bottle, but the packaging is going directly to the landfill.

***update*** this air freshener has been in my car for two days now but I don't smell anything, so I had to take a star away. This car air freshener has a sweet citrus uplifting scent. After you remove the plug, screw the cap back on and turn the bottle upside down so the oil can soak into the cap. Very easy to use and last about 30 days.

Not my fav car freshener scent but it works. Has a very subtle and light scent. The bottle is cute and it’s easy to hang on the rearview. Has a little opening you can smell before opening which doesn’t do it justice. Overall it’s ok
