Product is sooooooooo Good

The quantity of water storage is good. Easy to use, it can be accompanied while travelling. It can be used for storing warm water but not for long hours.

Very disappointing flask. It does not retain heat as advertised, which defeats the main purpose of buying it. In my experience, it is not worth the money spent. I have always associated the Milton brand with quality, but this product has been a letdown. The quality does not meet my expectations, and it has affected my perception of the brand. Poor heat retention and not worth the price. The flask fails to keep beverages hot for a reasonable period. I expected better quality from Milton, but this product was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

I am writing this few words with deep disappointment regarding the quality of a Milton product I recently purchased. Milton has always been known as a trusted brand with reliable quality. Unfortunately, my recent experience has forced me to rethink that belief. The product now appears to be more glittering in appearance than dependable in quality, which is quite disheartening. I purchased a 1.5-liter Hot & Cold Water Jug approximately 10 days ago, and below are my observations after regular use: The cold retention lasts not more than 5 hours. The hot retention lasts not more than 6 hours. The capping thread is poorly designed and does not secure properly, raising concerns about leakage and durability. Such performance is far below expectations from a brand like Milton. I strongly condemn the noticeable decline in quality standards of your products today. Although the product cost is not high and I feel personally hesitant to seek an exchange, I firmly believe that a product represents the company’s reputation, regardless of its price. Compromising quality at any level damages customer trust built over years. I sincerely hope Milton will take this feedback seriously and take corrective action to restore the quality that customers once proudly associated with your brand. Looking forward to your response.
