Good quality protein blend that worked well for me. It didn’t cause any bloating, which is a big plus, and the taste is good enough to have regularly. It’s also more affordable compared to 100% whey, which in my opinion isn’t really necessary for regular gym goers. Overall, a solid and cost-effective choice.
