Heavy Duty 15-55 PSI - So easy!
The primary use for this would be for going off-road but in my case, I have a heavy duty truck and while towing I need to run 80 psi rear and 60 psi on the front. I drive the truck without towing often and reducing to 40 psi rear and 45 in the front really helps the ride quality and tire wear. These work great for this purpose! In addition, I messaged Staun with a question about my front tire pressure and Nick responded within 24 hours with exactly what I needed without any back and forth. Great product, great support!

I'm happy with them
So far, these have done their job just fine and deflation has been pretty consistent +/- 1 psi. The small, compact size makes them great for glove box storage.

You'll wish you had bought these sooner.
BRILLIANT!! What a difference from bending over my tires, 2 minutes for each tire. Oh my gosh. Amazing. Accurate, plenty fast.

staun tire deflators
I bought these because of the reviews, I have set these three time, I aired down the spare on my JK to 15 psi watched several videos screw them on until you hear air the lock them down, first trip up Agentine pass aired down checked the pressure they stopped at 20 psi, got back home aired down the spare to 14 psi made a second trip still stopped at 20 psi tried a third time again aired down the spare to 13 psi trip to Ouray aired down stopped at 20 psi it should be that hard to get these dialed in my friends EZ Deflators spot on at 15 psi.

The best, don’t bury the rest.
They arrived promptly and are the worlds best tyre deflation system. Set them up as per instructions and they are very quick and convenient, and automatic, to use when deflating tyres on a 4wd track. Other Deflators work, but typically don’t deflate rapidly when approaching the set pressure, and don’t positively click off when at set pressure, just sit there with a slow leak going on. Staun Deflators rapidly let the tyres down and then positively click off at the set pressure. If you want faster deflation of larger tyres, buy this heavy duty unit with two holes in the unit - the single hole units take a bit longer for 35” tyres, but all units work better than advertised. In this day and age full of dysfunctional imitation products, that’s a great thing, well done Staun

Works great, surprisingly accurate and fast
I purchased this product because tires on new vehicles are overinflated from the factory to prevent creating a hard spot during transport, and must be aired-down before delivering to customers. I have these set at 40psi while factory tires are 50-60 psi. So far, they generally go between 39-41 psi which it well within expectations. I check every tire with the display on the instrument panel. So far I have done several hundred vehicles without a single major error. They typically deflate a 33" tire from 60psi to 40psi in about 40 seconds, which means by the time the last one is installed, the first one is ready to go. The speed is unbelievable for the accuracy I am getting. I cannot speak as to how great they are for off-roading, but I expect this to work great. I recommend getting the speed chuck adapters from Skog if you intend to use these regularly.

Did not air down to calibrated pressure
I researched online and Staun appear to be the best tire deflators available. Plus, I’ve never purchased a product on Amazon rated 4.8 with 2,000+ reviews that didn’t work great. So, I was incredibly disappointed with this product’s behavior. FYI, I purchased the HD version, 15-55 psi. I carefully followed the instructional video for how to calibrate my deflators. I set my tire to 39psi and calibrated the deflator to that. In the first test with that deflator (I re-inflated the tire to street pressure of 48psi in between each test), the measured tire pressure after deflation was 35 psi. I again carefully recalibrated the deflator, tested it again and got 32 psi. I re-inflated the tire again and did a third test with that same unchanged deflator and got 29psi. That kind of inconsistency and inaccuracy is unusable. I would really like to have good deflators for my vehicle, but now I don’t know where to turn.

Quality must have product!
These are definitely one of the best tools I have added to my trail tool kit in years! You will be the envy of every wheeler on the trail in the staging area with these deflators. They take some patience to get them dialed in however one you do it's a "set it and forget it" experience. I enjoy being able to walk around and be social while everyone else is bent over in the dirt airing down for 10 plus minutes moving from wheel to wheel. These deflators are truly quality and machined from solid brass stock. The only thing that could make these things better is if they came in high visibility colors. Four other members of our 4x4 club have purchased these after borrowing mine on several outings.
