Don't buy it
It freezes and becomes so slow that u have to unplug it from the power and wait , some channels will work today and stop tomorrow, I tried to return it, and that is not an option you can't, I texted them on the phone they provided no body returns to you

Go for it .. totally worth it!!
This is my first time providing a tech related review.I’m absolutely blown away .. not only because of the channel variety and quality. But, with the service level .. had a small challenge and contacted their support number after work hours and they were still very responsive and supportive .. sorted out my issues within the hour!

Highly recommended.
This is my first Arabic TV box. I have only owned it for a few days should things change with this box I will update the review. Shipping was fast. Installation was extremely simple literally 2 steps only; connecting the box to the power and to wifi. It comes with both wires. The box also comes with a sticker with technical support phone number. Should there be any issues. I did at first have difficulties with watching some channels but after logging into my Google account and downloading the requested app the channels became watchable. Without downloading this app most channels will not play. Remember first click will show a preview screen second click will expand the screen to full. There are many channels to choose from all of them are very good. Movies, TV series, news, sport religion etc. Also there are American channels and other European channels. This box is truly a must have for someone who is used to watching Arabic TV. We have faced zero freezing or delay I do want to mention that our internet provider is Comcast. Make sure that you have good internet connection before leaving a negative review. I did initially need to call technical support there was no waiting time to reach support. A friendly gentleman named Sami responded he helped me fix the issue very quickly and it was a plus that he was very friendly and patient.

Love it.
It is fast and good quality. And you will have over 2000 channels and special channels that has just movies, tv shows and even channels just for kids. I highly recommend it.

cutting the cord!
One way to save money is cutting the cord from the expensive cable or satellite TV. Installing and setting up was very easy and it takes like 10 minutes.
