Could not be happier!
I’ve wanted one of these for ages and took advantage of the Black Friday sale. The first one I received wasn’t working right. Ninja customer service was AMAZING! They sorted everything with a quick call on Friday and I had the new one delivered on Monday. It works like a dream! Super easy to use. Cleaning is easy. Was worried about it but everything can be rinsed by hand or dishwasher. Do not put the handle in the dishwasher. Had a friend do that and hers doesn’t seal properly. I used 3/4 of a 2L bottle of coke and it froze and was ready in about 35 mins. Can leave it running for about 10 hrs so I don’t feel pressured to drink it quick. Pineapple Fanta of all things was delicious as well. The only negative things I can say are it’s a bit loud. Same volume as my dishwasher. Not end of world. The slush also comes out a bit slowly. Also not end of world. If you like slush was much as we do it’s a no brainer! Did I mention how amazing customer service was? I have confidence in the ninja/shark brand more than ever

No finciona
No funciona. Registré el producto en Ninja, después de varias horas me dijeron que Amazon México no la vende. Estoy en espera de hacer válida mi garantía.
