Have used Neutrogena T/Gel shampoos before but stopped due to smell (coal tar shampoo). This product is so much better! There is no strong fragrance, it is super soothing, and really helped with scalp psoriasis and itching. Would definitely recommend.

Overall this shampoo is good for cleansing and maintaining oil levels. It’s not an affective treatment for seborrheic dermatitis in itself but good to use as a cleanser to allow other treatments to penetrate in my view

This product really does work, I’ve been suffering for weeks now with a dry flaky & sore scalp, with big lumps on my scalp that would bleed if scratched & after one wash my scalp is nearly as good as new. My hair feels so light and my scalp feels so clean. 10/10 would recommend so much! So worth it for the money.

I was struggling with psoriasis and very itchy scalp. I've tried many thing, including prescribed steroid based gels that were giving just very short relief and required often application and sleep with them. I'm so glad I've found this product a while ago! Together with increased vitamin B12 intake it made a huge difference!! It's effective and with regular use I've forgot what psoriasis looks like! What I also love that it does not feel like some therapeutic shampoos being smelly and leaving your hair like it's still greasy. No, with this T/Gel the hair looks and feels clean too! It's not a huge bottle, but you actually don't need much - it spreads really well. I'm able to use a bottle for several months with regular use (3 times per week). So great longevity too. Great, works well

I would say this works to an extent in reducing dandruff but in my case it hasn't eradicated as I was hoping but maybe that's wishful thinking. I do find it strips the colour out of my dyed hair quite a lot so I'm having to redo that more and it does seem to leave my hair quite dry. I would buy again but I wish i could find a product that does work with my dry scalp.
