It is a pick me up. Nothing fantastic but very nice. Yes, it opens your sinuses. I use it but is it so great no. It's a very sound Nicee!!!! I really wish the citrus smell overwhelmed the menthol smell. No wonder hit here but refreshing!

The smell is okay but all the scents are drowned out by a Vicks smell. I’ve been using them for a week and they still have a strong smell.

These work as well as the higher priced products. I love them. They are my new go to.

I was very dissatisfied with the quality and strength of the aroma. It seemed like a nasal stick that I had had for three months sitting around the house or something. Just poor quality. The smells were very weak. The soothing effect was nonexistent.

I liked these, the way they smelled and the freshness they made me feel BUT they cause my inflammation in my nose. Not positive but I think I’ve been still dealing with the effects of using these for months after stopping using them. I looked it up and yea they do cause some people inflammation instead of helping which sucks for me. Make sure you don’t use them super often and to stop use if symptoms are worse. It’s supposed to help wake you up so I was doing it every morning and soon enough my nose started becoming very dry and hard to breathe feeling like it’s just swollen not full of boogers.
