I've been relying on Nutrova Whey Protein Isolate for quite some time now. The whey is refined and has ok taste. It dissolves very fast. But it causes a major heaktg problem. Bilirubin levels are increased on this protein intake. Lft tests of liver shows up sudden increase to 2.46 total bilirubon for me while its expected to be max 1.2 value. I did not had issues with liver. So definetely this will cause huge damage to people having any underlying issues with liver or kidney . I would say dont buy this again.

Always avoided protein earlier due to them having a weird aftertaste and a chemical-y sweet taste. But this product is an absolute game changer! Incorporating protein in my diet with this has been so easy. I have been having this for the past 10 days with my coffee, and feels like a habit I would very easily continue with. This is after 2/3 years of trying different protein powders on and off, and always invariably being put off. TLDR; highly recommend it!
