The only problem I had after I got them both linked to my car and cut by the locksmith (which cost me $250 and the keys come unlinked and uncut) was that the panic button was on the side and kept going off. You can remove the button, which I did. I can still press the button if I need to with a key so I give these 5 stars no issues

Unfortunately, I waited too long before I took the keys to the VW dealership to get them programed. I thought was saving money but this turned out to be a total waste of money as they could not be programed. For starters the key part was smooth and did not have the normal ridges compared to a real key. That should have been my first clue. DO NOT BUY. FAKE FAKE PRODUCT.

My mobile locksmith had it cut and programmed within minutes. Bought two, and they work so well. Great product. Great seller. VW was $300 for each, plus $300 to program each. So instead of $1,200, with the purchase of two of these and $250 for programming for both, I think I saved a wallet full of money.

I was able to have it cut and programmed for my 2013 VW Jetta. But the panic button is very annoying and sensitive! It keeps going off often when handling the remote!

Programs very well to full function in about 5 minutes! This remote is not for amateurs it needs special programming gear! If you don't have it simple manipulations won't program it no matter how hard you try :-)

These key o fobs are what you need, if you're looking for an extra key for your volkswagen, the only thing is you have to get it programmed, which is costly.

Llave no son para Volkswagen Tiguan 2012... La frecuencia es de 315mhz y la que realmente usa la Tiguan es 413mhz

I managed to swap my key blade and circuit board over to this key fob, and it indeed does work. Two MAJOR gripes I have... It shipped without any instructions or manual of any sort. Also, the key blade itself is much thinner in the replacement fob. I had to forcefully hammer the old blade in. Quite a frustrating ordeal, but at the end of the day, it does work for a 2016 Jetta.

These things are useless and un-programable, I even ended up having to pay VW to try to program them and they were unable. Garbage

Me mandaron una llave Jetta VW mando a distancia de 2011. YO QUERIA UNA LLAVE 2006.

La llave bien, se cortó y quita y pone los seguros,,,,,mal el control remoto ya que no se puede activar, no aceptan la programación
