This is a KIT for those that like to tinker with their projects.
I've had this printer for a few weeks now and I've come up with both good and bad points. First off I need to say that this is a KIT!! You will spend time putting it together and it is NOT plug and play. If you want a printer that you can get running in just an hour or two then you'll need to spend LOTS more money. However, that being said, if you like building stuff, tinkering and tweaking and making something personal then this is the kit for you!! I will say first thing that this printer is able to make some great prints. My longest print so far has been 31 hours so it is not like your computer printer. I've had my share of failed prints with this kit but the vast majority were settings related in the software that I use. Now on to the bad points. I have passed all of these on to the manufacturer so hopefully they'll get addressed. #1 The 3D printed parts that came in the kit were warped and almost unusable. They do cause some print issues at times. The manufacturer is sending me replacements but you can also print some replacements from Thingiverse. #2. The bracket that holds the Auto Level sensor needs to be redesigned so that some of the screws used don't interfere with other components like the fan or extruder lever. #3 The instructions leave a lot to be desired. They are missing steps and parts orientations that make a difference. The instructions for the Auto Level sensor needs to be redesigned so that you can make sense of them, I've still not mastered bed leveling yet. There are also some parts needed for more reliable printing like a MOSFET switch for the heated bed. Better grade of wiring would be a good idea also. This kit has no on-off switch which is a big hassle some either use a power strip or add an inline switch. Overall I give it 4 stars because it has a lot of potential for you to make great prints IF you are willing to put some and a little extra money into it. The support staff has been very helpful and I look forward to the new parts. One final note, I HIGHLY recommend that you watch the YouTube videos on this printer in particular and 3D printing in general.

Great Idea - Poor Execution - UPDATE
I realize that this is a DIY kit. I can understand construction difficulty. I had to infer how to put some parts of this "model" together by running a video back and forth trying to catch how it was to be assembled. The SD card was in a SD card reader that someone had taken a Sharpie to in order to cover up the name on the reader. I believe I have the machine assembled properly except for when I start it up and tell it to go home the machine chatters on the X and Y axes, the Z moves down, and the Z axis leveling sensor comes on. The instructions on how to level the bed are inadequate. I don't see any clear cut instructions on how to configure the device at all. There are no outlets for questions or help save searching the web for someone that has a similar device going through the same pain. If I cannot sort out how to get the device level and at least printing the XYZ box to verify dimensions by 20 OCT 2017 it's going back for a replacement from someone else.*UPDATE*After receiving a replacement machine with new parts I was able to swap in what was broken for new parts. The machine is printing like a champ now. As soon as this long run job finishes I will post some samples of its work.

Works Great and Fantastic Customer Support!
The only thing better about this printer is the Fantastic customer support that I received! Thank you. =)This is a kit and you have to have the patience to set it up and figure it out but there is plenty of information out there to accomplish this. Pay attention to the feedback because some poor ratings are due to the fact that it appears complicated but you're buying a Kit! You have to be willing to put in the time to put it together and then learn to use it properly. It's not fair to give a poor rating because it doesn't work out of the box and comes in partsSetting it up was half the fun and made my 1st print even more exciting! I'm stoked to have it up and running and am sure that I'll be able to dial it in to print with even higher quality. It appears to be a great printer for the 1st time user (that's me) and I'm sure it will do all I need it to do once I'm a more experienced user. I am very happy with what I received especially given the great price. Thanks again for the fantastic customer support!

But once you make sure the first layer is good, you can leave it alone to print to ...
A few minor hiccups along the way, but YouTube helped sort that out. Big issue was one belt was way too short. Seller suggested buying new belt since it would be a long time to come from China. Other than that, the auto level losses it's mind occasionally, causing it to drive the nozzle into the bed. But once you make sure the first layer is good, you can leave it alone to print to its heart content.
