Great frame!

Arrived in one piece and exactly as pictured. Would recommend.

I love going to thrift shops and finding art. There are so many beautiful pieces that just need to be reframed in order to update their look. This particluar piece is original art, not a print. It was languishing in this awful cornflower blue frame that was ridiculously heavy. I ordered a new mat & this frame, and voila! A beautiful, updated work of art. These frames are incredibly light-weight, which for my house with its plaster walls, is super helpful. The plexiglass comes covered on both sides to protect it from being scratched at all. When you peel back that covering, it's really satisfying. The plexiglass is so clear and clean. The brackets that close up the frame are great because they're easy to open and close, making assembly simple. You could easily swap out the contents of the frame as much as you'd like, unlike those frames that just have the little metal tabs that bend to hold the backing on. I love the gold color, I think it looks beautiful. Swapping the mat & the frame changed the whole look of this piece for the better. I also feel like the price point is super reasonable, especially given the dramatic difference the frame makes.

Very pleased with this frame, it looks well made. Yes, it has thin plastic instead of glass, but the difference is negligible and you shouldn’t expect glass at these prices. Also glass would’ve been too heavy for a 30 X 40 frame. It arrived promptly and undamaged. The only thing I didn’t like is that it has two hangers for both vertical and horizontal hanging instead of a wire for hanging. It just makes it more of a pain for mounting because you have to measure out the distance between the two hangers and make sure that they’re level. But overall, it’s not really a big deal, just a few more minutes to hang it. For the money I spent I am very happy with this frame.
