I’ve tried several probiotics aimed at women’s health, and this one has been the most effective for me. I was looking for a new probiotic after taking antibiotics and subsequently getting a UTI and I thought this would be a good fit. I'm off all meds and I've been using this for about a week and I like it and will continue using. I'm in my mid 60's and active. The pill is small and you only need 1 per day. I feel very balanced taking it and I noticed an improvement within a couple of days. I like this product very much & works without upsetting the body's system.

I personally love these, they help keep me balanced especially when going to the gym and participating in other physical activities. I also personally feel they help certain activities be more enjoyable.

Got BV, took oral meds for it, still smelled like onions a week after meds finished, been taking these for about two weeks now and I smell like myself again lol I didn’t have any issues with taste, texture, or digestion. I took them right before bed with a little snack.

Tried out this product due to an increase in yeast infections for myself. At 26 years old I have just started getting yeast infections for some reason. Read a few reviews saying this product helped after a few weeks but initially caused a yeast infection. I took this product for less than a week and noticed I had developed a yeast infection early on. I also experienced painful intercourse as well as bleeding during intercourse (this has never happened before). I immediately stopped taking this product after experiencing these side effects. The next day my bloating, acne, yeast infection and vaginal paint had stopped. The only change to my diet/routine was the product. Was hoping for a help to frequent yeast infections but was too scarred by the side effects. May work for some people but be ready for discomfort.
