Very crunchy. It doesn't break easily like flakes. It does not soften immediately in milk, a plus for me. I use it for a sweet snack.

Important distinction: does everyone know that stevia and its active ingredient steviol glycoside are *not* erythritol?

I give up. Does everyone know? I'm guessing they don't but, according to you, probably should. Obviously, you're not going to offer any details. Perhaps your question should have included an explanation about the concern(s) you have about the ingredients? I will examine your incomplete query closely to determine how it might apply to my concerns. Thanks for sharing! Ciao

Is there any bioengineered ingredients?

I don't believe so. It was developed by a person with diabetes, but Im sure if you look at the bags online, it will tell you what the ingredients are.
