WD7922 BB54 Mens Watch, VH31 Sweep Second Quartz Watches

I've been wanting this watch for a while. Unfortunately, the colorway I wanted was constantly sold out. That's why, when I saw there was current stock, I rushed to grab it. I am so happy that I did. I beyond really impressed with this Watchdives 7922. The 37mm case is the perfect size-comfortable on the wrist and true to the vintage dive watch proportions. It wears incredibly well and looks even better in person. The dial is clean and the bold red bezel that really stands out. The bracelet was easy to size thanks to the push pins, which made the process quick. While the bracelet isn't the greatest part of the watch, it's still solid. It doesn't have that cheap, jangly feel that some bracelets in this price range do. And it's very comfortable. Overall, this is a great-looking, comfortable watch with excellent proportions. Really, it's a fantastic value for the money. If you're looking for a vintage-inspired diver in a very wearable 37mm size (and/or you just can't or don't want to pay the high price of the one this watch pays homage to), I highly recommend this. It exceeded my expectations.

This watch looks and feels so much more expensive than it is. Everything is lined up perfectly and it feels like it is built like a tank and the finishing is nice. The clasp is milled and doesn't look or feel cheap. The bezel click is satisfying and firm with little backlash and settles perfectly inline with the indices. My only complaint about it really is that this watch comes with push pins in the bracelet, but it didn't come with a pin pusher, it came with a screwdriver, so there is no way to size the bracelet. I could only size it because I already own a bracelet sizing tool. One other thing about it, which I can't frame as a complaint because I don't feel that way, but it is a detail nonetheless, is that none of the second hand ticks perfectly line up with the indices, they're ever so slightly off, but the movement in this watch has four beats per second so this is very easy to ignore. If this were a normal quartz movement with only one tick per second, this would bother me, but the whole reason I got this model is because it has a VH31 movement that would solve this problem for me, so I knew this would be a issue and I knew what the solution was and the high beat rate makes me not care. I am perfectly satisfied with the state of this watch.

There literally aren’t enough good things I can say about this watch! It’s comfortable and fits really well especially on my 6” wrist. If you’re on the fence, don’t be, I highly recommend this watch. You wouldn’t know this wasn’t a $500+ watch. And while I did switch to a jubilee style bracelet, the oyster bracelet itself is very well made and nice looking! Just wasn’t my particular style.

I was super hesitant on buying this watch. I had metal ones in the past that ran into issues and it was next to impossible to find a solid one for the price. This one delivers and is amazing. The movement is great, the build quality is 10/10, and the sapphire glass is always clear. For the price you really can't beat it. Oh my favorite thing. The lume is always bright (I have the one with bluish green lume).

What an awesome Black Bay 54 homage. For the price, nearly everything about it is excellent -- finishing, bezel action, lume, bracelet. I've got a 6.25" wrist and the fit is great. I love that the VH31 movement tricks your mind into thinking it's a mechanical piece. Accuracy of the quartz is about -8 seconds per month. It's classy yet rugged, and the gold accents match my wedding band nicely. The dial is a matte dark gray and the bezel is black aluminum, matte with a touch of sheen. The clasp could be better, but they sell an upgraded one if you want it. Enjoy.

A great watch. I have the real BB54 and this is a great facsimile. I love the VH31 movement as it has a sweep second hand and keeps perfect time. I haven't been swimming with it but trust it will be just fine in the water as it is very well made. The bracelet and milled clasp are both well made and don't have sharp edges. I should probably give it a 5 star review but I was hoping it would have an on the fly adjustment for when your wrist swells. Other than that it is a wonderful affordable timepiece. The bezel is similar to my real BB54 so that's great and the lume is strong if not terribly long lasting. The threaded signed crown is also a nice touch. So with great functionality, promising to have good water resistance, good comfort and robust manufacturing, I find myself wondering why I buy the expensive models sold by bigger brands. Btw, it comes with a nice little bracelet adjustment tool that make fitment a treat.

This is a nice 54 Tudor Black Bay Homage. It is a good value.

Bereits meine 2. Watchdives, mit ihren 37 mm deutlich eleganter und natürlich nicht für jedermann. Für meine 18,5 cm Handgelenksumfang aber voll okay. Wer dies aber im Kopf hat, wird mit der angebotenen Qualität extrem gücklich, ich kann es echt nicht glauben wie gut mittlerweile diese Microbrands geworden sind, das Band ist perfekt verarbeitet, kein Kratzen oder Ähnliches, das Gehäuse, das Ziffernblatt alles sehr gut. Auch die Lume ist solide und gleichmäßig, daher absolut berechtigte 5/5. Es gibt ja auch viele Versionen mit Automatikwerk, ich habe mich bewusst für das VH31 entschieden, weil das Gehäuse und die Uhr insgesamt dadurch deutlich schlanker und stimmiger wirkt.

Tamaño y espesor contenido. La maquinaria es de cuarzo pero, al moverse varias veces por segundo, parece un automático. Tiene corona roscada y 200m de resistencia al agua y cristal de zafiro. Tiene buenos acabados, quizá algún borde ligeramente afilado en la parte inferior de la caja, pero no me ha supuesto ningún problema en la práctica. La anchura entre asas de 20 mm hace que sea muy fácil ponerle correa de cuero o caucho si lo deseas, aunque el brazalete de acero es de buena calidad. El único "inconveniente" que le veo es que su diseño no es original, sino que está basado en otro reloj (Black Bay 54, muchísimo más caro), pero para algunos ese será precisamente el motivo de compra. Evaluando todas sus características y el precio que tiene, me parece una compra excelente.
