Love this. I really don’t like taking tablets of multivitamins they just don’t agree with me. But taking this changed the game for me. My skin got better my hair grew longer and overall just felt better would highly recommend

I love this liquid multivitamin...most people don't understand that you need at least 6 bottles before you see any real growth..I will be buying my 3rd one soon..taste is good..I out it in a glass of water and drink it like that...it is too expensive tho ..you only get like 15 days out of it...I'd definitely buy it more often and I'm sure other people too if the price would be like $35 to $40... I won't take a star off because of the price because it's up to me to buy this or not... Product itself is amazing 😍

EXCELLENT PRODUCT for telogen effluvium. Pls get lab work if you are suffering from the same thing. Vit d, ferratin, thyroid, zinc and hormone levels. INSIST ON ALL. Do not be your own Dr. I was told by my dermatologist and my pharmacist that if you take a product like minoxydyl, etc all regrowth will shed out as soon as you stop. You can get growth from good food and vitamins like this. My vit d level was low and my follow up lab work had me in the "normal" category. NO! I compared my lab work from before and numbers may be in normal range then but not normal for me. God help all of you with Kaiser med ins. I take this daily plus an ADDITITION 2k iu of Nusava Organic VitD3/K2 plus 2 Nutra Champs (as directed) Iron gummies enhanced WITH CALCIUM (all on amazon)..3800k iu vit D total. Make sure you take the Vit D and this product AFTER eating protein..you need fat to absorb VitD..it is a fat soluable vitamin. If you do not consume with fat it will not be absorbed. Most people make the mistake of taking vitamins in the am with coffee on an empty stomach. NOT EFFECTIVE FOR ANY FAT SOLUABLE VITAMIN. I eat a few pieces of Tillamook beef jerky or, if not available I eat 2 tsp of butter. Make sure to take the Iron at night before bed. You will get full absorption that way. Best of luck to all growing new hair. It is a slow process. My hair shedding reduced dramatically within 3.5 months . Usually takes 3 to 6 months. This product helped ALOT. Tastes good too. I am just so thankful I am not as stressed out taking a shower and waiting to see more hair loss. The additional stress from that alone as devastating. When I had active, heavy duty shedding, I would rather have gone for a lethal injection. Much less pain. Eat well, take your vitamins, manage stress and buy good shampoo and conditioner. Sulphate/paraffin free and ones for thickening hair. Try to Just breathe and Take time for yourself. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

Prior to purchase I (too) read a ton of reviews. At first I was very hesitate in purchasing; I was worried I’d fallen for another influencer dupe to purchase something that doesn’t really help my specific needs. I decided to take the plunge and try after all; the reviews were amazing and I was hopeful. I’m thrilled I took the plunge! This stuff is life changing! I’ve always battled sensitivity to products (stomach backlash) and have battled thin hair my whole life so I started lightly once I received this in the mail. The bottle is much bigger than I had anticipated and the taste was surprisingly good. The flavor is mango and does not leave a weird after taste. The dosage stated I could take up to 2 tablespoons a day. Because of my sensitive stomach, I started with just a teaspoon every other day. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to have revenge tummy (honestly was afraid of reverse GI issues). After a week, I bumped up to one tablespoon every other day and then the following week, one tablespoon a day. I’m now taking this daily and following the two tablespoon dosage recommendations. I have not had any stomach issues and I’ve noticed a HUGE difference in my hair! My hair feels fuller, has begun growing back following terrible postpartum hair loss (I’m talking 4 years trying to recover the loss) and has a beautiful shine to it. I would highly recommend this for anyone who also battles thin, fine hair, especially those who battle hair loss. My hair stylist who has been cutting and coloring my hair for a decade has even commented on the difference my hair quality has been. I don’t have enough room to state how incredible this product is and I hope you take the plunge too. My only complaint is the price point, but you get what you pay for— and you get quality AND quantity with this one!
