Excellent value
Bought this as a second razor for when I travel (replacing a 20 year old Phillips now past its best). I use a (expensive) Braun at home and have also used Remington in the past. This razor is probably the best of the bunch. It gives a really close shave, catches all the shavings in the head, and has a securely fitting plastic cap - beats the Braun hands down on all these points, yet is less than a quarter of the price. The charging indicator is also excellent. Will it last as long as the Phillips? - remains to be seen obviously but certainly feels just as robust and as it cost only 30% of the price I paid 20 years ago it doesn't really matter! So a superb razor at an incredible price. Got to be the best value for money electric razor available.

A very good electric razor that provides a close shave, but not silky smooth.
I once had a Philips electric three head shaver, it left my face lovely and smooth, yet didn't do much for the growth on my neck, eventually it packed up after years of use. I purchased a Remington and instantly regretted it, it simply wasn't fit for purpose. I shaved (for the first time) with this SweetLF three head shaver, immediately I knew I'd picked the right one for me. It cut through 24 hours growth quickly and efficiently, whilst not being silky smooth, I'm still very happy with the results, hence 4 stars as opposed to 5 (if it had been an extremely close shave), if needed it would take a few minutes with a manual razor blade to achieve the complete smoothness that is required at times. It comes with a brush for cleaning, a 3 pin plug, with adaptor in order to plug in and charge the razor, it comes FULLY charged already, so no need to wait to use it, the box is nice and compact, there were concerns on other reviews as to how easy it could be to turn it on by accident, for me that's irrelevant if you keep it in the box whilst not in use anyway. It did leave a red mark where I'd used it over my throat, to be fair it's not the first electric razor to do that to me. I really do recommend this product, you could easily pay a huge amount extra for a product that isn't much, if any better than this is.

Excellent head shaver!!
TLDR: Excellent value and quality if used as a head shaver, close as a razor without the cuts or irritation! I've had this now for about a year and a half (lol: got round to a review eventually!) and it is superb! Previously I'd used a Mach3 and shaving foams / gels to shave my head. I would always go slowly so as not to get cut, but would still somehow manage to get cut regardless (usually back of the head, bony ridges by the ears - thanks genetics!). Plus I'd often do a two-pass shave; re-lather and shave again; to make sure I got a close and complete result. The whole process would take about 10-15 mins going carefully, rinsing off the blade each stroke. This SweetMF ;-) electric tri-foil came up on a lightning deal (about £30) and I thought "hey, what the hell...". Now twice a week since then it shaves my head as close as the razor, ZERO cuts, takes about 5mins each time and all with no irritation. The battery still holds a charge no problems and the blades are still sharp enough. Unexpected bonus for me - it has little chamber which collects all the hairs, so zero mess! I find I only need to empty this out about once a month. I think if I were even lazier I could probably leave it for longer as there's still room. When I do clean it out, I take the head section apart completely, which is incredibly simple to do, give all the parts and the chamber a thorough clean and then put it back together; all in 2-3mins - though admittedly this time is eyes-open, without the blindfold, dangling lit cigarette between lips and Vietnam-era music of rebellion playing in the background. I thought about spending about twice the amount on one of the branded ones, but tbh I can't imagine them being any better for my needs. With this I've already more than received my money's worth in Hello Kitty band-aid savings and when the blades eventually do need replacing, they are only about a tenner here on Amazon also. Obviously, I'm only reviewing this as a head shaver (have had a short beard throughout owning this) so take that into account if you're looking for a face shaver; but I couldn't imagine this not doing a good job, based on my zero-irritation experience. But if you are considering this as a head shaver alternative to the blood-soaked 'tribal dance of the three razors', I couldn't recommend this highly enough.

Best electric shave I have ever had.
As an OAP I have to be careful how my money is spent. After looking at the reviews I considered this shaver to be worth a try. I have been using it daily for the past two weeks. It came fully charged and is still 60%! It also charged via USB making it truly portable. When I opened the the attractive packaging I was surprised at first as the razor looked very plasticy, but there is no cause for concern, it is well constructed. Size wise it fits into the hand very comfortably the flip up side burn cutter does a first class job. Using it is a delight, it is not too heavy or noisy as was my previous razor. I suppose you could describe my beard as medium, not too soft but not a really hard stubble. I have not experiened any skin irritation just a nice smooth finish. I have not tried it as a wet razor so can't comment on that aspect. How long it last is another factor which I will update some in the future It is too early too tell but there is not much that can go wrong. As it is I will be ordering another one while the price is low and keep it as a back up. Yes, I recommend razor. First impressions of the actual shave were it gives a smooth shave, far closer than my previous shave.

Happy with it. Not loud, not expensive.
It did a similar job to the aging Phillips (of similar design, 10+ yo) it replaced in terms of closeness/smoothness. Most notable was that it took a fraction of the time, and left far fewer missed long hairs behind. For the price, I will be happy with 3-4 years Life. Noise level is comparable, I would guess the same volume at a different frequency. Feels a bit light-weight, but that’s in comparison to one using 15+ year old rechargeable battery technology. I do like the charge level indicator. No more ‘half a shaved face’ and then ‘power off.’ Oh, only 10% left, let’s not shave today and put it on charge. I could only get it to charge using the supplied adapter, and the supplied very very short USB cable. Will see if I can use once of the adaptors and cables I use daily and that are always charging something once it needs charging, as it comes in the box almost fully charged. For the price point it’s good.

Adequate shaver.
This USB chargeable shaver has a long lasting charge and has a battery charge indicator. Comfy to hold & gives a smooth shave.

Cheap and average shave
A cheap and cheerful razor. It only does a basic job. Nothing like a Philips. You will probably need another to get the hairs on your neck.

Close shave just like a razor.
Bought as fed up with the poor quality shave of my Asda foil shaver that has never given a good shave even from new. Was looking for a Phillips electric shaver but none available on Amazon. Saw this and had good reviews. Arrived in a nice box with charger plug at bottom, razor with charging cable and small cleaning brush. Fully charged out of box working straight away. When switching on has a nice charge level light above it. Sounded like it was not as fast turning blades as my old rotary shaver I had a few years ago. However when I started shaving my face could not believe how quick and close the shave was. My old foil shaver I had to go over same areas to get some result. No need to with this shaver. As close as a bladed razor but without the cuts. However as day later Lidl were selling the Philips rotary shaver for over £10 cheeper. Looked similar. Don't know if it would perform as well as this does. Also Amazon sell replacement blades for this machine so it should keep going for a few years and refresh the blades when cutting quality goes down. Have not tried in shower or with shaving foam. Cutting quality without that is so good less than 30 seconds and you are done. No stray hairs on neck or cheek. Definitely a keeper.
