A great organic bread flour. Use this for my sourdough starter and help strengthen the health of my starter. The flour has a softness between the fingers. A nice taste making it a really versatile flour.

I e never used anything but regular delve rising flour but due to some medical issues needed to get away from that. This was really easy to work with and everything I’ve made with it tasted great. Very happy with it.

I am not professional bread baker, but with the prices of flour I was so happy to find this flour! It makes a beautiful loaf, and the price is great.

This makes up most of what I eat these days and I can already tell it's turning things around for me. The fiber especially. I noticed a difference in the first week, no exaggeration. Tastes good too, has that nutty whole wheat flavor instead of the flat cardboard thing some flours have. Bakes fine, nothing weird about how it handles. My only complaint is the price. Wish it was cheaper. Really glad I found it.
