These bread crumbs have just the right amount of herbs and spices for my Italian dishes. I use them for air frying zucchini and chicken.

These are a great price for being organic. It is also hard to find bread crumbs that do not use enriched flour. Tastes fine with meatloaf, meatballs etc. No one has noticed that I have not been using Progresso.

Not The BEST for Italian Style Bread Crumbs but Does The Job!
This product was precised before and review is after multiple uses for over 2 years.Overall these are good head crumbs that are affordable and absolutely are good for meatloaf, for making your own your of "shake and bake" recipe for crisp chicken, pork, etc.I'm Italian and make meatballs and a low of breading to cover good with that I cook in mostly the air fryer.. And this does the job, however it doesn't taste much different from PLAIN breadcrumbs and on my opinion needs a little more parsley, oregano and garlic salt. So I add about 2 teaspoons of parsley to the entire container and shake. I then add another teaspoon of garlic salt and shake. Then it's far more Italian in my opinion.Hope this helps!
