LOVE IT!! I ordered this scooter for my husband who is partially left sided paralyzed after his stroke. He says that It's mobility scooter on steroids. :) It is a very high quality machine. It came fully assembled so all we had to do was flip a switch and go. It's got enough stability so he can use the scooter for support while getting on it.The delivery guy was awesome - he uncrated it to the point all Tom had to do was just get on it! It is sooo much more comfortable then my OLD scooter I got 5 neuro spinal surgeries ago. I love it so much I ordered one for me. I can't wait till mine gets here! This scooter is high end! The price is right for what you get. All the hype is true! From ordering to delivery the process was seamless. The scooter itself is easy to operate and smooth riding. Highly recommend!

The company is horrible, customer support is non existent. Do not be fooled by them . Amazon actually had to intervene and help me get my money back. Horrible horrible company. Ecomobile tell your friends and loved ones buy from any other company.

Love everything about it but it's turn radius. We got it for my husband to be able to go with the family through Disney, Universal studios and other parks. And the only complaint we have is trying to get around tight corners in the lines. The ones at the parks are not as nice nor as comfortable and cost so much to rent but do get around the corners easily. If the turning radius could be fixed it would be the best one on the market hands down.

I received this about a month ago and it is the best scooter I have ever used, the range is excellent I traveled almost 10 miles and still had a full battery it's comfortable and the seat adjust easily, I would recommend this for anyone looking for a mobility scooter. I've gotten a lot of compliments and and the Bluetooth works great. It is compact enough to fit into my Mobility van which makes it easy for me to use this when I go shopping or to the park or just out walking my dogs. The speed is fully adjustable and I love the fact that it will go slow if I needed to or fast if I need it to. The company contacted me multiple times to check on my satisfaction and that gives me a great feeling about this company and their products.update.... scooter still going strong but still the turning radius is not very good the charger doesnt work very well when u go to charge it.it still shows red but it does charge it does take awhile to charge it fully...ive has this scooter for almost a yr. And its ok my blinkers dont work anymore and I dont know why I dont use the scooter to much so I dont know..anyway all in all its ok I think they should bring the price down
