Sand tray
This little Zen garden is such a grounding presence during stressful days. I use it myself to slow down, breathe, and reset, and I also incorporate it with clients in session. There’s something incredibly peaceful about the simple, tactile process it naturally encourages mindfulness without pressure. It’s well-made, calming to look at, and surprisingly effective at creating a sense of ease. A beautiful, thoughtful tool for relaxation and emotional regulation. I truly love it. 🌿🪨

Disappointed
It is nice, but for the price a little disappointing. I had hoped for the price the tray would be something other than just cheap plastic. But. That is what it is. Plus, no clean way to pour the sand back into the jar for transportation. Other sets have brushes or even a funnel. This doesn't. Granted, I should have read the product description better, but for almost $50 I thought I was purchasing a solid product over the cheaper models. I guess the price is due to the solid balls. Which are the only real nice part of it. Unfortunately, this was a gift so I can't send it back.
