Clips are intentionally adjustable and here’s how to do it: If you want the clips looser: with the container open, use your thumb to pull the clips outwards horizontally away from the container “stretching” them. You can use pliers for a little extra, but try your thumb at first – a little tugging goes a long way. Good product
Finally I am settling with this one. My journey to find the perfect stainless steel lunch box for my kids is done. I purchased and returned so many stainless steel box because some has really rough edge or the nails are pronounced that made me worry that it is gonna rust very soon. This one looked very neat, no big scratch on the body, smooth. The portion is just right since my daughter doesn't eat that much anyway.

Good, heavy, and bye bye plastic
Wanted a steel lunch box for my toddler and stumbled upon this. It has 2 compartments and one small box. I had hoped the small box would be leak proof but it isn't.However I use it daily and am happy with the purchase.

this works great for my active 13 yr old. brings daily for school lunch and also for soccer practice. we use for travel lunches and snacks. great product and reduces and trash! we are trying to be zero waste and this product seems like it will last a long time!

It's a great product. Thick sturdy construction. I usually eat a lot more than this will hold, but it's very helpful when trying to lose weight by lowering the amount of food you eat at one sitting. This was the only salad I made. It was way too small. I now fill it with more high calorie foods to keep me satiated till the end of the work day.

Made of stainless steel and has lots of space
I really like this box. I bought this for second time as my son lost his first one at school. It’s steel and is big enough. I used the first box for almost 2 years and it was still sturdy and stable before my son lost it. Luckily I found a replacement on Amazon. Only bad thing is that it is not leakage proof, I avoid packing foods like pasta in this box.

Very versatile and large size. Not too heavy either. I use it for my kids lunch. Stainless steel is best for dry foods (not liquids, dressings). Liquids can cause it to corrode and leach metals. I'm trying to move away from plastics but my 7 year old son is too young for glass.

I purchased this after reviewing several of these style of lunch boxes. It's compact shape hides the fact that you can pack quite a bit of food in these lunch boxes. The fact that it's stainless steel is nice because you can can easily wash this in the dishwasher (I keep mine in the top rack just to be safe). If you want hot food, I would recommend taking a small paper plate to heat it on but I like to pack healthier light meals that are easy to transport. This has been awesome and holds up well while using little space. I recommend it highly.
