Disappointed
The cheese being shredded is convenient but for this to be extra sharp cheddar it does not melt smoothly and has no salty, sharp bite to it. My macaroni and cheese roasted bland using this cheese. I will still buy Sargento's sliced packs of cheese but I am going to have to go back to Cabot or Crackel Barrell or some other yellow aged cheese for my macaroni & cheese. I stopped buying Cabot for a minute because it has been hard to fund the extra-sharp cheddar in yellow with Cabot. I have also had difficulty finding Helluva cheese as well.
