amazing pan for the price
this is an amazing pan and a steal at the price being offered. build quality is excellent and weight is ideal for doing what a saucier pan shoudl do. cleaning is very simple given the stainless steel makeup. works excellently in cooking and performance exceeds expectations. the look is great, though the branding is heavy, but that is a minor point compared to the other areas that this pan hits it out of the park. Size is perfect for cooking most dishes. This is a great addition to your kitchen pan and reach for it now most of the time.

Most useful pan you'll buy
This is a chef's pan or a saucier. It has rounded sides, which means you can stir your sauces with a spatula easily and not have any part of your sauce burn. However, this pan is just as useful for making pasta, especially at the end when you're mixing the noodles with the sauce. The high walls mean you can easily flip the pasta and aerate everything without making a mess. The bottom is just large enough that you can cook a steak, and the high walls and rounded edges mean you will limit splatter. This pan doesn't necessarily replace a cast iron for searing, but if you just want to prepare some meat without having to worry about clean up, this will do the trick. It has a lid. The pan is fully clad stainless steel and heat distribution is solid. Everything has a high quality feel. The handle has a silicone grip which keeps it cool and comfortable, though you can't put it in the oven above 400 degrees Fahrenheit. But why would you do that anyway? If you're worried about food sticking, just preheat the pan for a couple of minutes, pour in some oil, and food will release just fine. Don't worry about stickiness - this pan will last you a lifetime if you treat it right. I've had no issues with warping either. If you can't tell, this pan is incredibly useful and the quality is very high. The amount you will pay for it is a bargain compared to other sauciers on the market. If you're looking for a chef's pan that can do just about anything, or you need something to specialize in making sauces or pasta, you've just found it.

Great Saucier pan
Not really a fan of Bobby (no offense, Bobby). But this pan is a great saucier-style pan for a good value. Great for making reductions, but just fine for cooking and sauteing, too.

Perfect saucier for your kitchen
I bought this about a month ago and have made quite a few pastas in it. It is a really nice thick and heavy pan (not too heavy). I was going to buy a misen saucier / chef pan but I am happy with the quality for the low price. It’s easy to clean (I use BKF to keep it looking nice everytime). Nice, even heating which makes boiling water for pasta fast. This is a stainless pan, so it’s not inherently “non-stick” but with the right heat and right amount of fat it will do you good.

Best pot I own!
This is the best pot i own, it lives on the stove, never leaving except to be cleaned. The curved bottom is essential, its my favorite! Pefect size, perfect weight, makes you want to cook more. I dont like bobby flay much, i think hes rude, but I cant deny how good this pot is. Compared to the $200 Made In...at nearly 1/4 the price and all of the function and specs...its a no brainer.
