Brilliant product, has improved my sleep whilst tackling the side effects from perimenopause
Will be purchasing this regularly. My sleep has improved after just a couple of weeks and I feel more energised. It is really easy to take as part of my evening routine and as a bonus it also tastes great. I will not be returning to tablet form.

Very healthy addition to one's diet.
This product is really a game changer for one's health. You only need a teaspoon a day, so it really goes a long way, and lasts for ages. You can take it before bedtime, to help you sleep, or take in the morning for general health. It has a very pleasant taste too, and really worls, being absorobed in the blood stream faster, in this liposomal form. This really needs to be more widely known, so more people can gain the health benefits it gives one and all.

Exceeded expectations !
It’s exceeded my expectations guys ! Really good supplement, I also ordered D3+K2. The taste is very pleasant but you can still feel the taste of the base, which you should and that’s always a good sign of quality supplement. I will buy again, after long time something good on the market.

Awful
Tastes terrible, caused terrible acid reflux - will not buy again and will be pouring it down the drain and buying glorification magnesium again!

Superb and life changing
This product is literally a life saver for those who have digestive issues that mean even capsules are not enough to address a deficiency. I still became deficient on magnesium bisglycinate capsules, but this product turned that around. Magnesium is so essential, a deficiency can cause problems you may not even be aware of (yet). I take twice the amount stated (my personal choice).

Great for sleep and muscle cramps
I've been using this for a week now and my sleep has improved dramatically after the 3rd day of use (a teaspoon in the evening in half a glass of water). On top of that, it seems that I'm not having any more muscle cramps and twitching during the night. During the day I feel relaxed and probably more focused. Hopefully it will get even better than this, but so far I'm extremely happy with the results! I suggest diluting it in water or another drink.
