Highly dissatisfied
Very disappointed. This Mac is still enrolled in company device management (Meta Platforms). It’s not usable as a personal device. And when I received it , the old users data was still on the MacBook !

Product Returned – Extremely Disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the product received. The display was non-functional, and there were significant dents and cracks on the item. Given the state of the product, it does not even deserve a single star. I have initiated a return and do not recommend this purchase.

Hardware problem
I got this macbook air today, all thimgs are working fine except camera, the camera is full of dust and not clear visual, cant even see persons face.

Thank you, I received my order. There’s just a small scratch, and it’s not big, but it’s okay—everything is in good condition. I tested the sound and camera, and the battery health is good. The pad is working. I didn’t see any problems. Overall, I’m 98% satisfied. Very good.
