Good product.
I got to know about Sauerkraut from the book Superlife written by Darin Olien. I purchased this book (hardcopy) from Amazon only. I didn’t have any idea how it would taste like, bit skeptical to purchase. Still I gave it a try. When I opened the container, I didn’t smell or taste like regular food. But it did taste better once I kept it in refrigerator for couple of days. I am loving it now. I am feeling the changes after consuming it regularly in laat couple of days. I used to get minor abdominal pain/discomfort when I take pizza or spring rolls or any spicy fast food and I had to rush to washroom next morning😝 I didn’t feel that kind of illness/discomfort after eating those fast foods recently. I think this Sauerkraut is helping me to recover my gut health. By the way, I am not recommending to take fast food. Thank you for this product.

Kimchi
I have bought kimchi before and that was okay.This is a little cheaper,but not worth it.They have made a colorless tasteless kimchi but added some vinegar. I would not advise anybody to get it.

Fantastic Jars. Kudos Good bug, so well made and packed.
Not only the jars are amazing, the kimchi too is nice and tangy and sour and light red. There is an aluminium anti leak seal under the lid of the plastic jar. Which is finger openable with a notch like in drink cans. Fresh, top quality, just like home made, fresh fresh fresh pickeled, like grandma's. Good bug is an amazing company.

Not traditional kimchi, it’s like a spicy pickled cabbage / vegetables but taste is quite good
This is not KIMCHI, if you have ever tried authentic korean kimchi thisis more like a spicy pickled cabbage and vegetable. The taste is quite good tho, tangy and spicy. Would go well with plain white rice and steak / fried chicken.

Loved it. This kimchi wasn't sweet and the perfect amount of sour. It was really easy to eat it.

Recommended for anyone who loves sour foods
This is quite good! It's a nice sour kimchi, although a little more heat would be nice. One of the bottles I was sent had a damaged cap and had leaked a little. Better packaging is needed.

Way too sour. Quite artificial in taste.
Total wastage of money. Way too sour to consume. Slightly pungent smell. Highly vinegarish. And Didnt taste very authentic. Didn't like it at all.
